You can get information about the hotel you will stay, make a reservation or get more information about the hotels that suit your conditions.

You can get legal consultancy services whenever you are faced with a legal problem (365 days, 24 hours), without considering legal lines-scopes. Such service includes only consultancy.

• Concierge service is for domestic use only and consists solely of providing the organization .
• Fortis will not be responsible for problems caused by third-parties such as being out of stock, being short on goods or not providing a service. Therefore, there is no guarantee for reservation and quota in concierge services.
• Except for “Information lines” and “Flower Order and Sending” all concierge service requests must be made at least 48 hours before. Otherwise, Fortis will not be responsible for not delivering the service.
• Fortis is not responsible for not exercising duties due to compelling reasons. The compelling reasons are natural disasters (earthquake, storm, flood, closed roads, no entry for the iced-up streets and roads which are not cleaned by the municipalities, lower visibility range because of snowstorm and similar extraordinary situations), wars, embargos, strikes, epidemics and sabotages. Fortis’s responsibilities are suspended until the end of compelling reasons and then fulfilled as soon as possible.
  • If you want to get the service from a third party, service charge will be covered by yourself either in cash or by your credit card.
  • Your travel and event tickets are delivered to you for free in İstanbul, Ankara, İzmir and Antalya.
  • Prime Transfer airport service is provided only in İstanbul, İzmir, Ankara, Dalaman and Antalya airports where many intensive flights are.
  • Transactions can not be made without your approval. When you ask for information on various events, you will also receive detailed information on other event options that will be occurring at the same date (time, location, price, transport etc.).
  • If you want to have a meal before an event, you can make a reservation in a restaurant of your choice.
